About Susanna Riviere

Background

I am a qualified reflexologist and and have been teaching meditation since 2004.

Prior to that I worked for 27 years as a solicitor during most of which time, as well as working for clients, I was responsible for training in the private practice where I was employed.

Whilst working as a lawyer and being the family’s main wage earner, I brought up three children and qualified as a reflexologist in 1997 with the Bayly School of Reflexology. I am therefore well acquainted with stress and it was during this time (in the mid-1990s) that I started using the Relaxation Response and other meditation techniques, with considerable benefit. I have since attended a number of meditation courses and retreats as well a huge variety of reflexology courses.

When I left the legal world I decided to use my training and meditation experience to set up my Meditation course.

My aim is to help other people benefit from the simple and effective techniques which have helped me so much.

My hobbies are swimming, cycling, walking, growing vegetables and baking bread.
